Passionate about sports throughout my life, I started swimming at a very young age, competing at both national and international levels. This experience not only allowed me to develop advanced athletic skills but also forge meaningful connections within the sports world, driving my professional development. Since then, I knew that sports would always be a part of my life, and I began to train professionally, exploring different areas of this wonderful fitness world. I discovered and became passionate about Pilates with machines.
Since February 2023, following a significant change in my personal and professional life, I have dedicated all my time and energy to Pilates, exploring and nurturing my passion for physical and mental well-being. This journey and commitment led me to found Integra, a Pilates studio where I aim to offer what I consider essential in a fitness institute based on my experience: personalization, comprehensive attention, and an environment that fosters the personal and physical growth of each individual.
My goal is for each of our members to find in Integra the ideal place to achieve their wellness and health goals.

For her, yoga is much more than a physical practice; it is a way of seeing and living life, of treating others and oneself with compassion and respect. The postures or asanas help her look inward, connect with her most authentic and elevated self, calm the mind, and detach from the ego. Thus, when the ego manifests, she has the tools to handle it with serenity.
Yoga has taught her that discipline is the purest form of love. Therefore, for her, yoga means love: love for the universe, for others, and, above all, for oneself.
Her favorite style is Vinyasa Yoga, which she fell in love with because it gives her the opportunity to express her creativity and flow with what her body needs at any given moment.

Floor Pilates | Children's Pilates
For her, the Pilates method is much more than a physical practice; it is a way to improve the quality of life, to treat the body with respect and care. The specific exercises of Pilates helped her regain elasticity, correct her posture, and relieve the pain caused by the strains of poor posture. Thus, when she felt more upright and loose, she also noticed a drastic improvement in her attention and concentration. Working on breathing and focusing on each exercise allowed her to be more aware of herself and her actions, without unnecessary distractions.
Pilates taught her that discipline and body care are essential for well-being. Therefore, for her, Pilates means physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Her favorite style is traditional Pilates, which she fell in love with because it gives her the opportunity to help others feel as good as she does.

For her, the journey to physical and mental well-being began with yoga, a practice that helped her connect deeply with her body and mind. Later, she trained in Pilates, discovering it to be a powerful tool for strengthening and aligning the body.
She found that both disciplines not only complemented each other but together could create something even more powerful. Thus, her desire to merge them was born, a practice that reflects her personal journey and her commitment to the balance between body and mind, transforming not only the body but also overall well-being.
Her classes are dynamic, adaptable to all levels, and focused on making you feel better both physically and mentally, no matter your starting point!
